Key Stage 2 - Curriculum

As your child moves in to Key Stage 2, your child will start to learn more in depth and build more subject knowledge. The fundamentals will be set in Key Stage 1.

What will my child be learning?

The 11 core subjects will stay the same:

English, Maths, Science, History, Geography, Art and Design, Design and Technology, ICT, Music, RE and PE. Schools should also offer the opportunity to learn a foreign language and develop personal and social skills for example through cooking.
