If you are worried about your child's health or well-being you may want to speak to a Doctor or Health Visitor. You can also approach your school if you have a concern and they can refer you to the School Nurse.

Universal Services Offered to every family

Working in partnership with children, young people and families to lead and deliver the Healthy Child Programme (5-19) working with Health Visitors to programme a seamless transition upon school entry.

School Nurses and their team provide the Healthy Child Programme to ensure a healthy start for every child (e.g. immunisations, health checks). They support children and parents to ensure access to a range of community services.
